Step 1
Peel and cut the asparagus into sections. Marinate the shrimps with Chinese cooking wine, corn starch, salt and ground white pepper for 10 minutes.

Step 2
Rinse and separate the fresh lily bulbs. Place in water to prevent turning brown.

Step 3
Bring a pot of water to boil. Blanch asparagus for 30 seconds, drain and set aside.

Step 4
In a pan, add some oil on medium heat. Add garlic, ginger and sauté until fragrant.

Step 5
Add shrimps and stir-fry until half-cooked. Add lily bulb, asparagus and stir well.

Step 6
Add Chinese cooking wine and stir well. Season with salt and ready to serve.
