Step 1
Cut the green beans into sections.

Step 2
Mix together Japanese soy sauce, mirin, rice wine, brown sugar and water. Set aside.

Step 3
Bring a pot water to boil. Add green beans and blanch for 2 minutes. Transfer to ice water, let cool and drain.

Step 4
Wrap 3 green beans with sliced beef. Coat some corn starch on the closing.

Step 5
In a pan, add some oil on medium heat. Add beef rolls with the closing facing down and sear until cooked.

Step 6
Add the sauce and bring to boil. Mix well and ready to serve.
