Step 1
Cook the milk until warm on medium heat. Remove from heat.
Step 2
Add sugar and mix well. Let cool and set aside.
Step 3
Whisk the egg white. Sieve and mix together with milk mixture.
Step 4
Pour into steam bowls and cover with foil.
Step 5
Steam on medium heat for 15 minutes. Reduce to medium low heat and steam for another 5 minutes.
Step 6
Remove the foil and add some bird’s nest on top.
Step 7
Ready to serve
