Pork Rib Soup with Papaya and Fish Tail

Papaya and fish tail are rich in collagen and proteins, helping us smoothen our skin and retain beauty. Cook together with pork ribs to give a more complicated taste.

Step 1
Peel and cut the papaya into pieces. Cut the green onion into sections.

Step 2
In a pot of water, add pork ribs and blanch for 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Step 3
Rinse and pat the fish tail dry. Marinate with salt, white pepper and Chinese cooking wine for 15 minutes.

Step 4
In a pan, add some oil on medium high heat. Add ginger, green onion, fish tail and sear until the fish tail is golden brown on both sides.

Step 5
Bring 1500mL water to boil. Add pork ribs and cook for 15 minutes on medium heat.

Step 6
Add fish tail, papaya and cook for 15 minutes.

Step 7
Season with some salt and ready to serve.
