Steamed Grouper with Dried Orange Peel and Minced Garlic

Dried orange peel goes very well with grouper fish. Easy and yummy!

Step 1
Soak the dried orange peel until soft and julienne. Mince the garlic, dice the green onion and set aside.

Step 2
Rinse and pat the grouper fish dry. Marinate with white pepper, salt, corn starch and oil for 10 minutes.

Step 3
Place on the steam plate and layer minced garlic and dried orange peel on top. Steam for 6 minutes on medium high heat.

Step 4
Sprinkle with green onion. Pour heated oil and steam fish soy sauce over the steamed fish. Ready to serve.
