Barefoot Bubbly Pink Moscato

Step 1
Mix the gelatin powder with water. Melt it in a double boiler.

Step 2
In a pot, add whipping cream and milk. Bring to simmer on medium heat. Add sugar and cook until melted.

Step 3
Add Barefoot Pink Moscato Bubbly, gelatin powder solution, vanilla extract and mix well. Pour into molds.

Step 4
Refrigerate for 2-3 hours or until set.

Step 5
Halve the strawberries and garnish on the panna cotta. Ready to serve.
