Steamed Lotus Leaf Wrapped Glutinous Rice with Chicken

Step 1
Dice salted egg yolks and Chinese sausage. Set aside.

Step 2
Chop the chicken legs. Marinate with Chinese cooking wine, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, ground white pepper, dark soy sauce and salt for 1 hour.

Step 3
Stir-fry the chicken into half-cooked. Add Chinese sausage, salted egg yolks, dried shrimps and sauté until fragrant.

Step 4
Add sugar, cooked glutinous rice and stir well.

Step 5
Cover a bamboo bucket with the soaked lotus leaf. Place the fried glutinous rice on top and steam for 20 minutes. Ready to serve.
