Chicken Wings Stuffed with Dried Scallop and Double Shrimps

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Shred the dried scallops. Soak, rinse and mince the dried shrimps.

Step 2
Remove the bones of the chicken wings. Marinate with light soy sauce, Chinese cooking wine, sesame oil, salt and ground white pepper for 10 minutes.

Step 3
In a pan, add some oil on medium heat. Add shredded dried scallops, dried shrimps and sauté until fragrant. Add rice wine and mix well. Transfer to a plate and let cool.

Step 4
Mix together the shrimp paste, shredded dried scallops and dried shrimps.

Step 5
Stuff the chicken wings with shrimp paste.

Step 6
In a pan, add some oil on medium heat. Add the chicken wings and sear until golden brown and fully cooked. Ready to serve.
