The crispy puff pastry is wrapped with smooth blueberry cream cheese filling. A simple and delicious snack for tea time!

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200C. Cover the baking tray with parchment paper and set aside.

Step 2
Beat cream cheese, caster sugar, vanilla extract and lemon juice until smooth and set aside.

Step 3
Cut the puff pastry into 9 equal parts. Fold into diamond shape.

Step 4
Place some cream cheese, blueberry jam, fresh blueberries and almond flakes in the center.

Step 5
Beat the egg and mix with 1 tbsp water. Brush the puff pastry with egg wash. Place on baking tray.

Step 6
Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown. Ready to serve.
