Stir-fried Chicken Kidney with Pickled Pepper

Step 1
Rinse and thin slice the chicken kidney. Marinate with salt, Chinese cooking wine, 1 tbsp light soy sauce and ground white pepper for 15 minutes.

Step 2
Chop the pickled pepper, garlic and ginger.

Step 3
In a pan, add some oil and sauté garlic, ginger, pickled pepper and chicken kidney until fragrant. Add remaining Light soy sauce, Dark soy sauce and sugar. Quick stir on high heat for 3 minutes.

Step 4
Add corn starch solution and stir well. Ready to serve.
