Fried Rice with Minced Pork and Olive Pickles

It is not difficult to cook a good fried rice actually. It is very tempting to season with olive pickles.

Step 1
Dice the green onion. Beat the egg. Mince the garlic and set aside.

Step 2
Marinate the minced pork with light soy sauce, sugar, ground white pepper, corn starch and sesame oil for 15 minutes.

Step 3
In a pan, add some oil on medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Step 4
Add minced pork and stir fry until cooked. Add the rice and cook until the rice is separated.

Step 5
Add the egg wash and stir until the rice is coated with the egg.

Step 6
Add olive pickles, green onion, salt and mix well. Ready to serve.
