A spectacular dish that you can make with just one rice cooker!

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Rinse the chicken. Rub the chicken with salt.

Step 2
Spread a thin layer of light soy sauce on the chicken. Marinate with 2 slices of ginger for at least 1 hour.

Step 3
Place the tied green onion, 2 slices of ginger and chicken (with the skin side down or legs on top for whole chicken) into a cooker.

Step 4
Start cooking. Press the start button again when the first time is done (cook for 3 times for whole chicken). Let cool and shred the chicken. Ready to serve.
