Corn, Nori and Shrimp Roll

Step 1
Chop the coriander. Mix together shrimp paste, salt, Chinese cooking wine, ground white pepper, corn kernel and coriander.

Step 2
Cut the bean curd sheet into sushi nori sheet size and wipe the bean curd sheet with wet kitchen paper. Place the nori sheet on it. Spread the shrimp paste over and roll.

Step 3
Steam on medium high heat for 8-10 minutes or until cooked.

Step 4
In a pan, add some oil on medium heat. Add the bean curd sheet roll and sear until golden brown. Slice and ready to serve.
