The soft and chewy cheese mochi ball is simply irresistible!

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180C. Cover the baking tray with parchment paper and set aside.

Step 2
Bring milk and unsalted butter to boil on medium low heat. Remove from heat and add tapioca flour immediately. Mix well quickly and set aside.

Step 3
Mix together glutinous rice flour, sugar, baking powder, parmesan cheese and egg.

Step 4
Add the mixture of tapioca flour and form into a dough. Separate to balls with 20g weight.

Step 5
Place on baking tray and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Ready to serve.
