Black Sugar Bubble Peach Gum Honey Tea

It is easy to make black sugar bubble at home with a few ingredients!

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
In a pot, add black sugar and water. Melt the black sugar on medium heat.

Step 2
Remove from heat. Add tapioca starch immediately, mix and form into a non-sticky dough.

Step 3
Sprinkle the table and hands with tapioca starch. Flatten the dough until 5mm thick, dice and form into small balls with fingers. If the dough turns dry, you may dip your fingers with water first.

Step 4
Cook the black sugar bubble in 1000mL boiled water on medium high heat for 10 minutes.

Step 5
Remove from heat, cover the lid and set for 10 minutes. Transfer to cold water, drain and set aside.

Step 6
In a cup, add DayDayCook Longan Peach Gum Black Sugar Tea and some warm water. Mix well.

Step 7
Add black sugar bubble and ready to serve.
