Pumpkin, Dried Lily Bulb and Pork Congee

This pumpkin and dried lily bulb congee is very healthy and tastes good.

Step 1
Slice the lean pork. Rinse and soak the dried lily bulbs. Peel, seed and dice the pumpkin. Marinate the pork with light soy sauce, sugar, salt and oil for 15 minutes.

Step 2
Rinse the rice and drain. Marinate with salt and oil for 30 minutes.

Step 3
Bring rice and water to boil on medium high heat. Cover the lid, reduce to medium low heat and cook for 30 minutes.

Step 4
Remove the lid, add pumpkin, dried lily bulbs, lean pork and cook for 20-25 minutes.

Step 5
Season with some salt and ready to serve.
