Fig Rice Paper Rolls

We can see the beauty of sliced figs through the thin layer of rice paper. It is an appetizing dish with a sweet and spicy dipping sauce!

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Dice the garlic and chili. Squeeze the lime. Shred the cucumber. Slice the figs.

Step 2
Mix fish sauce, granulated sugar, lime juice, water, garlic and chili to make the dipping sauce.

Step 3
Bring a pot of water to boil. Put in rice noodles and cook for 1 minute. Wash with cold water and drain.

Step 4
Dip the rice paper in water for 10-12 seconds until transparent. Then, put on rice noodles, cucumber, mint leaves and sliced figs.

Step 5
Fold the two sides of the rice paper to the centre. Then, roll from bottom to top. Ready to serve.
