Step 1
Add soy milk into granulated sugar. Mix well and boil at low heat. Then, turn off the heat.

Step 2
Add the gelatin powder in 2 separate times and mix well.

Step 3
Pour the mixture into serving glasses. Refrigerate for 2 hours.

Step 4
Put black sugar and water into a saucepan and thicken the sauce at low heat. Turn off the heat and leave to cool.

Step 5
Top the sauce on the soy milk pudding. Ready to serve.
