Minced garlic2 tbsp
Shallot1 pc
Hon-shimeji mushroom1 pkt
Tricolour pepper
Minced tenderloin meat50 g
White miso1 tbsp
Mirin50 ml
Chicken stock400 ml
Water100 tbsp
Gemelli pasta180 g
Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
After apply oil in pot, fry minced garlic and shallot, then add the minced tenderloin meat and stir fry for few minutes

Step 2
Cook the gemelli pasta with miso, mirin, chicken stock, water and salt for 1 minute less than the instructed time on the package

Step 3
Put the Shiro-shimeji, tricolor peppers into the pot, mix well for 1 minute, dish it up and serve in hot
