First, soak the peach resin and white fungus overnight. Remove the impurities and rinse the peach resin
Step 2
In a pot, add white fungus and cook until transparent
Step 3
Add white fungus into stew along with the fungus water. Add lily and lotus seed.
Step 4
Add peach resin and rock sugar. Steam for around 30 minutes. Lastly, add dried osmanthus which invigorating spleen and lung. Ready to serve.
