Mushroom Soup
Recipe Details
Mushroom soup is a common one, but each restaurant does it differently. Some are thicker and some are lighter. You can adjust the intensity of the flavor by yourself. If you are a soup lover, you can try this mushroom soup at home.

Step 1
Slice mushrooms and finely chop onion and garlic.

Step 2
Heat wok over medium heat, add oil, add butter, then add garlic and onion and cook until slightly golden.

Step 3
Reserve 1/4 of mushroom slices for later use. Add remaining sliced mushrooms and cook until soft, add bay leaves, chicken broth and water. Bring to a boil, then turn to low heat, cover the pot and cook for 30 minutes.

Step 4
After turning off the heat, pick up bay leaves, blend ingredients with a hand-held blender until smooth, add black pepper

Step 5
Add the remaining mushroom slices and cook for another 5 minutes.
