Chewy purple potato glutinous rice with salted egg yolk, can’t stop eating!

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Form the wheat starch into a ball with water, set aside

Step 2
Mix well with glutinous rice flour, lard and sugar evenly, then and add purple yam juice and form the dough into balls.

Step 3
Put it in the clear noodles and mix it, then wrap it in plastic wrap and set aside

Step 4
Bake the egg yolk on the spot at 180° for 8 minutes, knead the mixed sauce and meat, and knead into balls.

Step 5
Form the purple yam dough into strips, then add the pork floss, and wrap it in plastic wrap.

Step 6
Steam for 10 minutes. Ready to serve.
