Step 1
In a pot of water, add beef flank, 3 slices of ginger, and 5 ml of Shaoxing wine, then drain dry and set aside.

Step 2
Add oil and bean sauce to the pot and saute until fragrant, then add sliced ginger, garlic, green onion, millet pepper, dried chilli, and Chinese pepper and fry until fragrant.

Step 3
Add beef flank and sauté until fragrant, spray a few times of Shaoxing wine, then add the water, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, salt, oyster sauce, myrcia, star anise, cinnamon, and potatoes into the microwave oven and cook for 15 minutes. Ready to serve.
