Step 1
Marinate the chicken thighs with salt and mirin for 10 minutes.

Step 2
Pour chicken broth into the pot and boil, add broccoli, snow peas, carrots, and cook for 3 minutes.

Preheat the oven at 200°, brush the marinated chicken thighs with teriyaki sauce, bake for 15 minutes and take out.

Fry the egg in a tamagoyaki pan to form a thick shape, sprinkle some cheese, and cut the tamagoyaki into pieces.

Cut the roasted chicken legs into strips.

Put rice, tamagoyaki, chicken, snow peas, broccoli, and carrots in the bento box.

Pour the sauce on the teriyaki chicken and sprinkle some white sesame seeds. Ready to serve.
