Deep fry the cauliflower in a 180° sauté pan for 2 minutes until golden brown .

Step 2
Heat oil in a sauté pan, add the sliced pork belly and sauté.

Step 3
Add chili beans sauce, pepper rings, garlic greens, garlic slices, diced millet pepper, and sauté for 1 minute.

Step 4
Add cauliflower and sauté evenly, then add an appropriate amount of water.

Step 5
Season with sugar, oyster sauce, soy sauce for seafood and cook for 1 minute. Ready to serve.
