Celtuce300 g
Fresh Pepper5 g
Garlic5
Zhenjiang vinegar1 tbsp
Sichuan pepper1 g
Salt5 g
Sugar5 g
Chinese Rice Wine1 tbsp
Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Using a potato peeler, remove Celtuce’s tough skin. Then peel Celtuce into thin strips

Step 2
Add salt and mix Celtuce and ring out excess water

Step 3
Mix garlic, Chinese black vinegar and sugar and pour over Celtuce

Step 4
In a small pan, heat oil, add pepper corn and chili and fry until fragrant
