Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Soak black fungus until soften and cut into strips

Step 2
Cut carrots into strips

Step 3
Cut Lettuces into section

Step 4
In a bowl, mix flour with water and kneed into a dough and let it rest for 15 minutes

Step 5
In a medium hot pan with 1 tbsp. of vegetable oil, sauté all remaining ingredients and add salt to taste. Reserve for later use

Step 6
Cut dough into 6 section and roll them flat

Step 7
Brush both sides with sesame oil and sprinkle with a little flour and put one on top of each other

Step 8
Roll dough out into a pancake and in a hot non stick pan, pan fry until slightly golden brown
