Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Wash and cook the rice

Step 2
thin slice the carrot and cut the fried tofu in strip

Step 3
Soak the preserved vegetable in water, change water every 30 minutes about 2-3 times until the vegetable is not too salty

In a pot, heat the water and blanch the tofu for 10 seconds

Step 5
blanch the carrot about 30 seconds, same as the spinach

Step 6
When the rice is cooked, cool off and place in the bottom of the jar

Then add the spinach, bean sprout, carrot, pickled vegetable and tofu layer by layer, and top with the roasted peanut

In a small bowl, mix the sweet sauce ingredients together mix well until the sugar is dissolved
