Step 1
Clean and slice the grass carp, season with salt and pepper

Step 2
Cut the squid in rings and clean the shrimp

Step 3
Slice the egg bean curd into pieces about 2cm thick

Step 4
Cut the thousand year old eggs into pieces (save one and only cut in half)

Chopped the cilantro

In a pot, bring the broth and water to boil and add the cilantro and thousand year old egg. Reduce the heat to medium and cook for 15-20 minutes

Add the shrimp, squid, mushroom and baby corn for 5 minutes

Step 8
Add the egg bean curd and lay the grass carp on top
