Step 1
Cut the cured pork belly into small diced

Step 2
Soak the pickle cabbage in water for 10-15 minutes, squeeze off liquid and chopped

Step 3
Slice the red bird chili

Step 4
In a dry pan, add the cured pork belly and cook until the fat come out, then add ginger and sauté until fragrant

Step 5
Add the pickle cabbage and edamame and cook for about 3-4 minutes until the flavor combine

Add chili pepper and seasoning, sauté well and serve
