Bacon Wrapped Scallop with Mustard Mayo

Step 1
In a mixing bowl, combine the sauce ingredients and mix together

Step 2
Mix the black pepper, garlic powder and cayenne pepper

Step 3
Sprinkle on the scallop

Step 4
Cut half of the bacons and wrap the scallops, secure the bacon with toothpicks

Step 5
In a pan, add oil on a medium high heat. Sear the scallop until golden brown on both sides

Step 6
Transfer to the baking tray

Step 7
Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake it for 10 minutes until the scallop is cooked inside. Remove for the oven and take out the toothpick

Step 8
Transfer to the serving plate and ready to serve
