Chicken with Duck Liver Sausage over Rice

Step 1
Soak the mushroom until soft and cut into slice

Step 2
Slice the sausage

Step 3
Cut the chicken into medium size and marinate for 20 minutes

Step 4
Rinse the rice and set the rice in the clay pot and add water and let set for 30 minutes

Step 5
On a medium heat, cook until the water is boiling, keep stirring to avoid the rice stick at the bottom. Then reduce the heat to low, cover and cook it for 3 minutes, then add the sausage and mushroom

Step 6
Add the chicken and cover the lid and cook for another 10 minutes until the rice is absorb all the liquid

Step 7
In a pot, combine the sauce ingredients and bring it to boil

Step 8
Drizzle over the rice and serve hot
