Fresh oysters12
Flour
Corn starch30 g
Baking powder1 tbsp
Salt3 g
Ground white pepper2 g
Ice50 ml
Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
In a pot, bring the water to boil and blanch the oyster for 2 minutes

Step 2
Drain and pat dry

Step 3
In a mixing bowl, combine the dry batter ingredient. Slowly add the water and mix it with no lumps. Add extra water if needed

Step 4
Dip the oyster in the batter

Step 5
In a pot, heat up oil on medium heat about 180ºC, deep fry until golden brown

Step 6
Transfer to kitchen paper
