Finely dice the red onion and chili pepper

Cut the cucumber and tomato into small dice

Cut the fish in medium size

In a shallow dish, combine the fish, onion, tomato, cucumber, chili, salt, cayenne pepper, tabasco, lemon juice and lime juice

Cover and refrigerator for several hour, then stir it every 30 minutes. So it gives the fish enough time to absorb the flavor

Drain off the excess liquid

Toss together with the cilantro
