Remove the seeds and slice the bell peppers

Step 2
Rinse the pickled radish, soak it for 20 minutes and cut into slice

Step 3
Slice the pork in strips and marinade for 20 minutes

Slice the ginger and garlic

In a pan, add some oil on a medium heat. Sauté the ginger and garlic until fragrant, add the pork and cook for 3-4 minutes

Add the pickled radish

Add the Chinese cooking wine, XO sauce, chicken broth and sugar

Add the bell pepper and cook for 1-2 minutes

Step 9
with pine nuts and toss together

Step 10
Ready to serve
