Step 1
Clean and drain the corn silk, pork shank, conch and dried wolfberries. Set aside

Step 2
Cut the corn in pieces

Step 3
In a pot, bring a pot of water to boil. Blanch the pork shank and conch for 5 minutes, drain and set aside

Slice the conch

In another pot, bring 1L water to boil over high heat. Add the corn, corn silk, conch and pork shank, bring the water to boil and reduce the heat to medium

Cover the lid and cook it for 2 hours over medium heat

Step 7
Turn off the heat, add the dried wolfberries and season with salt. Cover the lid and let it sit for 15 minutes
