Step 1
Mix chopped green chilies, chilies, green onions, corianders, mashed ginger, garlic, salt, chicken powder, soy sauce, vinegar and sugar for 15 minutes

Step 2
Mix white wine and yellow wine with ratio of 1:4

Step 3
Put the shrimps in mixture of wines, cover it and let stay for 1 minutes

Step 4
Pour the mixed sauce into mixture of wines and cover it again. It is ready to serve when shrimps are all drunk.
