Step 1
In a pot, bring the water to boil and cook the macaroni according to the package. Drain and set aside

In a sauce pan, add 4 tbsp Bertolli Extra Light Olive Oil and stir in the flour to make a roux

Step 3
Add the milk to the roux and stir until no lumps

Step 4
Add the cheese and cook it on a low heat until the cheese is completely dissolved

Step 5
Add the macaroni in the sauce to mix well. Transfer to the casserole, sprinkle breadcrumbs on top

Preheat the oven to 170°C and bake it for 30 minutes or until golden brown
