Let the cooked rice cool down and mix it with sushi vinegar. Mix well

Cut daikon, cucumber, ham and crab sticks to shreds.

Place a piece of gauze on bamboo mat. Put 2 layers of cooked rice separated by a piece of seaweed. Then add shredded ham, cucumber, daikon and crab sticks on
