Dice the chicken.

Dice the celery, onion, mushrooms.

Combine the chicken with celery, salt, ground black pepper and marinate for 10-15 minutes.

Combine the mushrooms with some salt and allow them to sweat.

In a pan, add some butter. Add onions to saute until aromatic, add mushrooms to saute. Season with salt and ground black pepper

Heat up a pan, add flour to saute until brown then remove from heat
