Step 1
Clean the bean sprout and blanch until cooked

Step 2
Mince the green onion and garlic

Step 3
Combine the sesame oil, vinegar, salt, sugar and half of the minced garlic to make the sauce.

Step 4
Mix together the sauce and bean sprout. Transfer to the plate.

Step 5
In a pan, add oil and the rest of the garlic, sauté until fragrant.Pour it over the bean sprout.

Step 6
Sprinkle with green onion and serve
