Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
1. Boiled the egg, put it into cold water and peel out the shell. Put the shell-less egg into a bowl. Boil the Naruto till cooked.

Step 2
2. In a pot add mirin, dark soy sauce, sugar, salt and bring to a boil. Pour the sauce into the egg and soak. Set aside.

Step 3
3. Wash and cut bamboo shoots into pieces. Wash and cut Choy Sum into two. Chop the scallion.

Step 4
4. Heat up some pork bone broth with dark soy sauce and mirin.

Step 5
Add the chopped bamboo shoots. Drain it when it get nice color. Blanch the Choy Sum. Drain and set aside.

Step 6
6. Tie the pork with a string.

Step 7
Heat the pan with oil, pan fry the pork, and pour in dark soy sauce to enhance the color. Then cut the pork in pieces and pan fry them till cooked.

Step 8
Bring the pork bone broth to a boil and cook the ramen. Add in cold pork bone broth, repeat for two to three times.

Step 9
Cool down the cooked ramen with cold water, drain and put them into a bowl. Pour the pork bone broth into the bowl.

Cut the egg into two, put them into the bowl.Add in Naruto, bamboo shoots, Choy Sum and kelp around the edge of the bowl accordingly. Lastly, sprinkle the chopped scallion. Ready to serve.
