Crystal Mango Rolls

Who says mangoes are in oven-shaped? Who says mangoes must have cores? A mango roll breaks all the rule. Just like the candy rolls we had when we were little, either sweet or sour. Make some mango rolls in spare time; you could have them anytime, especially after dinner for a leisure moment.

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 70 degree, remove the skin and core of mangoes

Step 2
Blend the mangoes into mash

Step 3
Squeeze out the lemon juice

Step 4
Put mango mash, sugar, glucose and lemon juice in a pot, boil them

Step 5
Add the cooked mixture into a rectangle mold, shake the bubbles out and make it smooth

Step 6
Put it into oven and bake for 6 hours, until the juice evaporated.

Step 7
Take out from the oven and cool down for an hour

Step 8
Remove from the mold, roll it and cut into pieces.
