Pre-heat the oven to 150 degrees

1.Remove the skin and core of pineapple and wintermelon, cut into pieces.

2.Blend pineapple and wintermelon in blender, set aside. (Don’t blend it into mash, the period should be short and leaves some pieces for better texture)

3.Sauté the blended pineapple and wintermelon on high heat, until they soft and dry, turn to medium heat and add lemon juice, sugar, and salt. Stir fry them, add maltose at the end and stir fry until

1.Add the butter into powdered sugar, beat them.

3.Sift powdered milk and flour, mix in the mixture of step 2, dissolve the baking soda in water and add to the mixture.

Wrap the filling into the dough.

Grease the molds with butter and put the dough in, bake for 18 to 20 minutes in 150 degrees. Observe the color changing to golden.
