Preheat an oven to 180°C. Peel and slice the bananas. Place it in the blender and blend it to banana puree

Step 2
Cut and juice the lemon. Crush the sunflower seeds with a rolling pin

Step 3
Add the sunflower seeds, oatmeal and brown sugar to the banana puree. And mix well with lemon juice

Step 4
Place a baking paper on a baking tray. Spoon the mixture into ball shape and place on the tray

Step 5
Place in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes

Step 6
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with condensed milk. Ready to serve
