Step 1
Clean the razor clam, remove the meat from the shell. Drain and set aside

Step 2
Soak the bean vermicelli until soft

Step 3
Mince the garlic

Chop the red bird chili

Place the bean vermicelli evenly on the shell and put the razor clam over the bean vermicelli. Add the garlic on top

Steam it over high heat for 5 minutes

In a pan, combine the light soy sauce, red bird chili and sugar and bring it to simmer

Evenly pour it over the razor clam

Step 9
In another pan, heat up some oil on high heat, sizzle it over the clam

Sprinkle with green onion and ready to serve
