Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C. In a mixer, whisk the 4 egg whites and the 75g sugar until stiff peak.

Step 2
Melt the chocolate over boiling water and whisk until dissolve. Add the melted butter and whisk well

Step 3
In a bowl, add 2 eggs, 4 egg yolks and 75g sugar. Whisk until light yellow. Add the vanilla extract

Step 4
Add the chocolate mixture in the egg mixture and whisk to combine

Step 5
Spray the cooking oil on the cake mold and dust it with flour

Step 6
Add half of the egg white into the chocolate mixture and gently fold together

Step 7
Add the rest of the egg white and fold again

Step 8
Add the batter about 2/3 full and bake it for 20-25 minutes

Step 9
Let cool, remove from the cake mold and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Decorate with mix berries

Serve with cheese spread
