Step 1

Cut English muffins into half, heat some olive oil on medium-high heat, heat the muffins until golden outside.

Step 2

Peel and slice avocado.

Step 3

Apply avocado sauce on muffin, then top with avocado piece, olive and some pine nut. Ready to serve.
