Stir-fried Chicken with King Oyster Mushroom and Asparagus

King Oyster Mushroom is a very good source of dietary fiber and it is low in calories. With fresh asparagus and tender chicken, this dish is toothsome!

Step 1
Clean and dice the chicken. Marinate the chicken with light soy sauce, Chinese cooking wine and white pepper for 20 minutes.

Step 2
Clean and dice the king oyster mushroom. Dice the red bell pepper and asparagus.

Step 3
Mince the garlic and ginger.

Step 4
In a pan, add some oil and sauté the ginger and garlic until fragrant. Add the chicken and cook until golden brown.

Step 5
Add the mushroom, asparagus and quick stir until the asparagus turn bright green.

Step 6
Add the red bell pepper, oyster sauce, sugar, salt and cook until the vegetable is fully cooked. Ready to serve.
