Cured meat is a southern specialty. Some people may even make their own cured meat. Simply stir-frying the cured meat with vegetables is delicious.

Step 1
Soak the Chinese cured meat in warm water for 15 minutes. Pat dry with kitchen paper and slice.

Step 2
Clean and slice the red and green chili pepper. Rinse and cut the garlic sprout into section. Peel and slice the ginger.

Step 3
In a pan, add some oil and sauté the ginger and red bird chili until fragrant.

Step 4
Add the Chinese cured meat, garlic sprout, green bird chili and cook until the sprout is tender. Ready to serve.
